Billing & Plans

Billing & Plans is where you manage your subscription. View your current plan, upgrade or downgrade, and access the Stripe billing portal for invoices and payment methods.

The page lays the self-serve plans side by side so you can compare what each tier includes. Use the monthly and annual toggle to see both prices, then pick the plan that matches your prompt volume and feature needs.

What it does

• Shows your current plan, usage, and billing period
• Links to the Stripe billing portal for payment management
• Displays plan comparison with feature breakdown
• Handles upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations

How to use it

1. Click your name/avatar at the bottom-left of the sidebar
2. Click Subscription
3. Review your current plan details and usage
4. Click Manage Subscription to open the Stripe billing portal
5. In the portal: update payment method, download invoices, change plan, or cancel

Tips & notes

• Plans: Starter (€49/month, 50 prompts), Growth (€99/month, 150 prompts), Scale (€299/month, 450 prompts), Scale+ (€599/month, 1,200 prompts), Scale++ (€999/month, 2,400 prompts), Enterprise (custom)
• Annual billing gives 2 months free
• Bank wire payments are available on Scale plans and above
• Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period
• Invoices: to change the company name, billing address, or VAT/tax ID on your invoices, open the Billing Portal (Subscription > Billing Portal) and update your billing details. This applies to future invoices. An invoice that has already been issued cannot be modified, so for a correction to a past invoice, contact the team
• Only account owners can access billing (not team members, unless given billing access)
