Privacy Policy

Last Updated: July 15, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how LLM PULSE SL ("LLM Pulse", "we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and protects personal data when you visit https://llmpulse.ai, use our platform (the "Service"), or communicate with us. It covers the personal data we are responsible for as a controller. Personal data inside customer workspaces (for example data from accounts a customer connects, or viewers of embedded reports) is processed on the customer's behalf under our Data Processing Addendum.

1. Who we are

LLM PULSE SL
NIF: B27561133
Passeig de Gràcia 53, Ático 1ª
08007 Barcelona, Spain
Email: info@llmpulse.ai

We are the data controller for the processing described in this policy. For any privacy matter, contact us at the address or email above.

2. Personal data we collect

  • Account data: name, email address, company (optional), password (stored hashed), sign-in method (including Google sign-in), language, and preferences.
  • Billing data: plan, invoices, billing address, and VAT or tax ID. Card details are collected and processed by our payment provider and never stored by us.
  • Content you send us: support tickets, messages, survey answers, and feedback.
  • Usage data: pages visited, features used, actions taken, and device and browser information. Optional product analytics load only after you consent where consent is required.
  • Technical data: IP address, logs, and cookie identifiers (see our Cookie Policy).
  • Marketing data: newsletter status, referral attribution, and campaign interactions.
  • Connected accounts: if you connect third-party accounts (for example web analytics, search console, CDN, or social accounts), we store the connection tokens and fetch the data needed to provide the feature; that data belongs to your workspace and is handled under the Data Processing Addendum.

3. Why we process it and on what legal basis

  • To provide and operate the Service, manage accounts, and process payments (performance of a contract).
  • To secure the Service and prevent fraud and abuse (legitimate interests).
  • To improve and develop the Service, including through aggregated and de-identified analytics (legitimate interests, and consent where cookies require it).
  • To send service communications such as reports, alerts, and billing notices (performance of a contract).
  • To send product news and marketing, which you can opt out of at any time in your email preferences (consent, or our legitimate interest in contacting existing customers about our own similar services).
  • To comply with legal obligations, such as tax and accounting rules (legal obligation).

4. AI features

Some features use third-party AI providers, for example to draft content, analyze text, or power the in-app agent and automated support replies. The content processed for these features is used to provide the feature; we do not use it to train AI models, and our agreements with these providers do not allow them to use it to train theirs. The providers we use are listed on our Sub-processors page.

5. Data from Google services

If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture. If you connect Google services such as Google Analytics or Search Console, we access only the data you authorize and use it solely to provide the features you request. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can revoke access at any time from your Google account security settings or by disconnecting the integration in the app.

6. Customer website visitor and lead data

The core AI visibility monitoring Service does not require a tag, pixel, or cookie on customer websites and does not receive personal data about their human visitors or leads. We process this type of data only when a customer enables an optional feature that supplies it. Connected web analytics features retrieve traffic, session, and conversion metrics from the customer's existing analytics provider. Agent Analytics reports AI bot activity rather than human visitor behavior, but raw log files or streams supplied by a customer may include other website requests while they are processed. Embedded experiences may process end-viewer activity.

For this data, the customer is the controller and LLM Pulse acts as its processor under the Data Processing Addendum. We use it to provide, secure, and support the selected feature, and do not use it for advertising, to build profiles of individuals, or to train AI models. Customers control whether these optional features are enabled and are responsible for the rights, notices, and lawful basis needed to provide the data.

7. Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with: the service providers (sub-processors) listed at https://llmpulse.ai/subprocessors, who process it on our instructions; our payment provider; professional advisors under confidentiality; public authorities where the law requires it; and a successor in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, under equivalent protections.

8. International transfers

We host the Service in the European Union. Some providers process data outside the EEA; where they do, we rely on European Commission adequacy decisions (including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified) or Standard Contractual Clauses, with supplementary measures where needed.

9. How long we keep data

We keep account data while your account exists and delete or anonymize it after closure, except where we need it to establish or defend legal claims. Billing and invoicing records are kept for the periods required by Spanish commercial and tax law. Support conversations are kept while they remain relevant to your account. Marketing data is kept until you opt out. Data inside customer workspaces follows the retention and deletion rules of the Terms of Service and the Data Processing Addendum.

10. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, and erase your personal data, to restrict or object to certain processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing. To exercise these rights, email info@llmpulse.ai; we may need to verify your identity first. You can also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority; in Spain, that is the AEPD (www.aepd.es).

11. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies for functionality, analytics, and marketing, as described in our Cookie Policy, where you can also manage your preferences.

12. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including EU-based hosting, encryption in transit, access controls, backups, and monitoring. No system is completely secure; if a breach affects your personal data, we will notify you and the competent authority as required by law.

13. Business use only

The Service is intended for businesses and business use. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If a change is material, we will notify you by email or in the app before it takes effect. The latest version is always available on this page.
