What is the LLM Pulse Agent?

The LLM Pulse Agent is an in-app AI copilot that answers questions about your brand's AI visibility data and acts on it. It can pull metrics, compare competitors, surface citations and sentiment, explain how the platform works, and write back to your project (add prompts, competitors, annotations, tags, GEO Writer tasks, recommendations and GEO reports).

Which plans include it?

The LLM Pulse Agent is available on the Growth, Scale and Enterprise plans. Starter does not include it.

What kinds of questions can it answer?

On the ask side: visibility trends, mention and citation rates, top citation sources, sentiment shifts, share of voice, AI Overview results, position distribution by model, competitor comparisons, top responses, and product questions like "how is the AI visibility score calculated?". On the act side: create prompts, add competitors, post annotations, assign tags to prompts, create collections, launch GEO Writer tasks and Recommendations, and trigger technical GEO reports.

Can the agent take actions on my project, not just answer questions?

Yes. The agent can execute writes on your project, including: creating prompts (single or in bulk), adding new competitors, posting annotations on the timeline, assigning tags to prompts, creating saved collections, launching GEO Writer tasks and Recommendations runs, and triggering technical GEO reports. Each action is confirmed back to you in the conversation. Some actions are plan-gated (for example, technical GEO reports require Scale or above).

Does it have access to my project data?

The agent only reads and writes data inside your current project, scoped to your account. It uses the same data tools that power your dashboards, never sees other customers' data, and your conversations are not used to train models.

What AI models power the agent?

The agent runs on the latest Claude and OpenAI models, with an internal knowledge base for product questions.

Does the agent draw charts?
