LLM Pulse is a paid SaaS platform. All subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan selected during sign-up.

2. No Refunds

We do not offer refunds for payments already processed, including:

  • <strong>Unused features</strong> or inactivity;
  • <strong>Downgrade</strong> of a subscription plan before the end of the billing cycle.
