Getting Started
LLM Pulse has a built-in support ticket system. Submit questions, report issues, or request help directly from the platform. An AI assistant provides instant answers for common questions, and the human team handles everything else.
What it does
- Submit tickets with a subject and detailed message
- AI assistant provides instant answers for common questions (API, features, plans, etc.)
- Human team reviews and responds to tickets that need manual attention
- Ticket history shows all your past conversations
How to use it
- Click your name/avatar at the bottom-left of the sidebar
- Click Support
- Click New Ticket to start a conversation
- Enter a subject and your question or issue
- The AI assistant may respond immediately with relevant help
- If the question needs human attention, the team will be notified and respond
Tips & notes
- The AI assistant is trained on LLM Pulse documentation and can answer most feature, API, and billing questions
- For account-specific issues (data discrepancies, billing errors), the team will investigate directly
- Response time: AI instant, human team typically within 24 hours
- You can continue a conversation by replying to an existing ticket
