When does prompt data update?

LLM Pulse runs scheduled updates for all accounts across every AI model you track.

Update schedule

All times are Madrid time (Europe/Madrid).

Weekly accounts: prompts update every Monday at 00:00 (midnight)
Daily accounts: prompts update every day at 00:00 (midnight)
Monthly accounts: prompts update on the 1st of each month at 00:00 (midnight)

Once a refresh completes, the new mention, visibility and citation numbers flow straight into your project cards and dashboard, so each project always reflects the latest run.

New prompts and new projects

New prompts and new projects do not wait for the next scheduled update. A nightly run at 00:00 picks up every prompt that has not run yet in the current cycle, so the first data usually arrives within about 24 hours.

When new prompts wait for the next cycle

Each account has an allowance of AI answers per cycle: its prompt capacity multiplied by the AI models it tracks, plus 5% extra (rounded up) so you can replace some prompts during the cycle. The allowance is shared by all the account's projects. The cycle follows your tracking cadence: one day, one week (Monday to Sunday) or one calendar month. Deleting a project or prompts does not give back what they already used in the current cycle.

If the allowance runs out, new prompts wait. They run automatically when it resets at 00:00: the next day for daily accounts, the next Monday for weekly accounts, and the 1st of the next month for monthly accounts. The account owner receives an email when this happens, and existing data is not affected.

The Executions card on your Dashboard and AI Model Executions under profile menu > Plans & Billing > Usage show how much of the current cycle's allowance is used. To run waiting prompts sooner, add prompt capacity with Buy more in the same place or move to a higher plan (see Buy extra prompts or projects). Waiting prompts then run in the next nightly run. Processing time

After the scheduled update starts, it takes some time for all accounts to complete processing. Most accounts are fully updated within 2-3 hours of the scheduled start time.

If your prompts haven't updated within 4-5 hours of the scheduled time, you can contact our support team and we will look into it.
