When does prompt data update?

LLM Pulse runs scheduled updates for all accounts to track your prompts across every AI model you track: ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI Mode and Google AI Overviews.

Update schedule

• Weekly accounts: prompts update every Monday at 00:00 (midnight)
• Daily accounts: prompts update every day at 00:00 (midnight)

Once a refresh completes, the new mention, visibility and citation numbers flow straight into your project cards and dashboard, so each project always reflects the latest run.

Processing time

After the scheduled update starts, it takes some time for all accounts to complete processing. Most accounts are fully updated within 2-3 hours of the scheduled start time.

If your prompts haven't updated within 4-5 hours of the scheduled time, you can contact our support team and we will look into it.
