Reputation Reports

Reputation Reports provide a comprehensive AI-generated analysis of how your brand is perceived across multiple dimensions. Each report scores your brand (0-100) and compares it against competitors with radar charts. Available on Scale plans and above.

What it does

• Analyzes your brand across 7 default dimensions with attribute-level scoring (0-100)
• Generates detailed written analysis explaining each dimension score
• Compares your brand against competitors with radar charts and ranking tables
• Supports custom dimensions — configure up to 3 custom dimensions with up to 3 attributes each in Project Settings
• Can be generated from ChatGPT, Perplexity, or Gemini perspectives
• Produces shareable reports with unique public URLs and downloadable PDFs
• Provides 4 analysis tabs:
  1. Overview — radar chart, dimension breakdown, key insights, competitor comparison
  2. Evolution — track how dimension scores change across multiple reports (requires 2+ completed reports)
  3. Model Comparison — compare how different AI models perceive your brand (requires reports with 2+ models)
  4. Raw Data — detailed attribute-level scores with AI-generated reasoning for each score

How to use it

1. Navigate to Reputation in the sidebar (under Reports)
2. Click Generate Report — the system will analyze your brand across all configured dimensions
3. Select the AI model perspective (or generate for multiple models)
4. Wait for the report to complete (typically 2-5 minutes per model)
5. Review the Overview tab for the overall picture and radar chart
6. Use the Evolution tab (after 2+ reports) to track changes over time
7. Share the report via its public URL or download as PDF

Tips & notes

• Available on Scale plans and above
• Reports can be generated monthly; the system stores up to 12 recent reports for trend tracking
• The 7 default dimensions cover: visibility, trust, authority, sentiment, content quality, competitive positioning, and recommendation likelihood
• Custom dimensions are configured in Project Settings → Reputation Dimensions tab — tailor them to your industry (e.g., "sustainability" for a green brand)
• Each AI model may score your brand differently based on its training data and perspective
• Force-generate a new report anytime from the admin dropdown (replaces the current month's report)
