Analytics Assistant in embedded portals
The Analytics Assistant is available inside embedded client portals after the portal completes its signed login handshake and a trusted portal brand is saved under Enterprise Embed. It identifies itself using that brand, such as "Acme AI Assistant", and helps users explore the current project's AI visibility data without exposing the underlying platform or account. The assistant stays unavailable if the portal brand is blank.
What you can ask
- How Brand Visibility, mentions, citations, sentiment, or Share of Voice changed
- How the brand compares with tracked competitors
- Which prompts, models, markets, tags, or cited sources drive a result
- What a metric means and how to interpret a partial period or small sample
- Where to find an available analytics page in the embedded portal
The assistant can answer in any language and can present concise comparisons, tables, and charts.
Security and privacy boundaries
- Every conversation is bound to the single project selected by the signed embed session.
- The assistant is read-only. It cannot create, edit, delete, launch, connect, configure, or invite anything.
- It cannot open another project or use a project identifier supplied in chat.
- It has a separate conversation history and a reduced analytics reference written for embedded portals.
- New data operations are unavailable by default until they are reviewed and explicitly allowed for embed.
- Full answer text, raw cited-page content, account-wide discovery, and administrative operations are not available to the assistant.
- Page suggestions come from the same access-aware navigation shown in the embedded portal.
These limits are enforced by the application in addition to the assistant's instructions.
What it cannot answer
The embedded assistant does not have access to plans, billing, subscriptions, users, credentials, integrations, account settings, support systems, provider details, or other projects. For those topics, use the normal contact provided by the organization that gave you access to the portal.
The standard product assistant is not shown inside embedded or full white-label portals. Full white-label portals do not currently include the restricted Analytics Assistant.
