ChatGPT Shopping

ChatGPT Shopping tracks the products that ChatGPT recommends in response to your prompts. It shows product titles, prices, ratings, merchants, and how frequently each product appears. Available on Scale plans and above.
What it does
- Extracts shopping product data from ChatGPT responses: title, price, rating, merchant, domain, and product images
- Shows a top products table ranked by appearance frequency across your prompts
- Displays price ranges when the same product appears at different prices over time
- Identifies products from your domain with a "You" badge
- Provides a Top Domains sidebar showing which merchants ChatGPT cites most
How to use it
- Navigate to ChatGPT Shopping in the sidebar (under Reports)
- Browse the top products table sorted by appearances, price, or rating
- Use the search bar to find specific products by name
- Filter by date range, AI model, tags, country, or language
- Check the Top Domains sidebar to see which e-commerce sites ChatGPT favors
- Products with the "You" badge belong to your domain
Tips & notes
- Available on Scale plans and above
- Shopping data is extracted from ChatGPT responses only — other AI models don't currently provide structured shopping data
- Brand Entities (companies, people, products mentioned by ChatGPT) are also shown in the response detail modal
- Price tracking shows min-max ranges when the same product appears across multiple executions
- This feature is especially valuable for e-commerce brands tracking product visibility in AI recommendations
