Fixed rules, no rewriting
Text can look normal while carrying characters you cannot see. Copying from chat apps, PDFs, rich-text editors, or websites can introduce unusual spaces, invisible controls, and Markdown markers. These artifacts can affect wrapping, search, validation, and exact text matching. This cleaner applies only the rules you select and reports what changed.
This is a formatting cleaner, not an AI detector or authorship verifier. It cannot guarantee detector results or reliably remove model-level text watermarks. It also does not inspect metadata in documents, images, or other files.
Use it to fix formatting, not to conceal authorship or bypass disclosure requirements.
How Gemini marks generated text
Gemini responses can carry rich-text spacing, Markdown markers, smart punctuation, and other copy and paste artifacts into emails, documents, forms, and publishing tools. This cleaner removes only the formatting issues you select and shows what changed.
Google applies SynthID Text to output from the Gemini app and web experience. Unlike a stray zero-width character, SynthID is created by subtly adjusting token probabilities while Gemini generates an answer. Cleaning copied formatting remains useful, but it cannot promise to remove that model-level signal or change the provenance of the writing.
What the cleaner can see
SynthID Text is a statistical signal in token choices, not a fixed hidden character. This cleaner is not designed to defeat SynthID or AI detection.
