Plausible Analytics Integration
Connect Plausible Analytics — cloud or self-hosted — with a Stats API key. See exactly how much of your traffic comes from ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude and Copilot, with the same privacy posture you chose Plausible for in the first place.
Trusted by 2,500+ users worldwide
Plausible already captures every AI assistant referral in your traffic data. LLM Pulse groups them into a clean AI-only dashboard with conversion attribution, trend charts and historical backfill.
Privacy-First, No OAuth Needed
Plausible has no third-party OAuth — by design. Generate a Stats API key in your Plausible account, paste it into LLM Pulse with your site domain, and you are connected. No extra accounts, no shared logins.
Filter visit:source for Every AI Assistant
Plausible exposes the source domain (`chatgpt.com`, `perplexity.ai`, etc.) but does not group them as an "AI" channel. LLM Pulse does that automatically for ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, Copilot, Grok, Mistral, Meta AI and DeepSeek.
Self-Hosted Plausible Welcome
Running your own Plausible instance? Paste your custom base URL in the advanced section and we route every API call to your domain. No data ever leaves your infrastructure for the source query.
Cookieless and EU-Friendly
Plausible is GDPR-friendly out of the box. The LLM Pulse integration is read-only and inherits the same privacy posture — perfect for EU teams that need analytics without cookies.
Revoke In One Click
Rotate your Plausible API key any time and the LLM Pulse connection stops working immediately. No support tickets, no waiting periods.
395 Days Backfill
When you connect we pull up to 395 days of historical AI traffic from Plausible so you can see the moment ChatGPT, Perplexity or Gemini started referring users.
A Stats API key and a domain. That's it — no OAuth, no cookies, no engineering involvement.
In Plausible go to Account settings → API keys → Stats API and create a key for the site you want to track. Copy it — it is only shown once.
From Reports → AI Traffic pick "Connect Plausible". Enter your site domain (e.g. `example.com`) and the API key. If you self-host Plausible, expand the advanced section and paste your custom base URL.
Before saving we run a minimal Stats API query against your domain to confirm the key works. If anything fails you get a specific error message and nothing is persisted half-set-up.
We pull historical traffic, normalise every AI assistant into a clean channel and open the AI Traffic dashboard with sessions, users and trends broken down by AI platform.
Built for the teams who chose Plausible deliberately and need AI traffic to land in the same privacy-first workflow.
Keep the cookieless, GDPR-friendly stack you picked Plausible for and still get a proper AI traffic breakdown. The integration is read-only and inherits Plausible's privacy posture.
Self-host Plausible on your own infrastructure? Paste the custom base URL and every API call stays inside your environment.
Many privacy-first teams skipped Google Analytics entirely. LLM Pulse gives you AI traffic insights without forcing you to add a second analytics tool you don't trust.
Manage multiple privacy-conscious clients on Plausible? Each LLM Pulse project connects to a different Plausible site, with full whitelabel support.
