Prompt Research

Prompt Research is the central hub for adding prompts to your project. It presents 9 different methods as visual cards, from manual entry to AI-powered generators, so you can choose the approach that best fits your needs.

With Prompt Research, you can:

• Build your prompt set from People Also Ask, Google Search Console queries, Reddit insights, and keywords
• Turn a single topic into dozens of realistic prompts your audience actually asks AI
• Generate reputational and comparison angles you would not think of manually
• Translate prompts to track the same questions across languages and markets

Each card opens a focused wizard, so you can mix sources such as People Also Ask, Google Search Console, Reddit, topics, keywords and AI suggestions to build a well-rounded prompt set.

What it does

• Provides a single page with 9 prompt addition methods displayed as action cards
• Each card links to a dedicated wizard with its own configuration and preview flow
• Covers the full spectrum from manual single-prompt entry to bulk AI generation
• Available on all plans (individual prompt counts depend on your plan limit)

The 9 methods

1. Add Manually: Type a single prompt directly. Best for specific, carefully crafted queries
2. Bulk Add: Paste multiple prompts at once (one per line), optionally assign tags during import
3. People Also Asked (PAA): Scrape Google's PAA boxes for a keyword to get real user questions
4. Google Search Console (GSC): Import your top organic search queries from GSC via OAuth. You can keep the connection (recommended) so your Search Console data stays synced and is available through the API and MCP connector, or do a one-time read that stores nothing. Keeping connected requires the Growth plan or above. Not available in embed mode
5. Keyword to Prompts: AI generates relevant prompts based on your brand, industry, and seed keywords
6. Topic Prompts: Enter a topic and get structured prompts covering informational, comparison, and opinion angles
7. Translate: Translate existing prompts into another language and locale for multi-market tracking
8. Reddit Insights: Extract prompt ideas from real Reddit discussions about your brand or topic
9. Reputational: Generate 25 pre-built prompts about your brand's reputation, trustworthiness, and public perception

How to use it

1. Open the Prompts page and switch to the Prompt Research tab (alongside "Tracked prompts" and "Suggested")
2. Browse the 9 method cards and choose the one that fits your goal
3. Click a card to open its dedicated wizard
4. Follow the wizard steps: configure → review generated prompts → select and create
5. New prompts are added to your project and execute on the next Monday cycle

Tips & notes

• Available on all plans: no plan gate for accessing Prompt Research
• Generated prompts count toward your plan's prompt limit (Starter: 50, Growth: 150, Scale: 450)
• Combine multiple methods for comprehensive coverage: PAA for search intent, Reddit for community questions, Keyword to Prompts for broad discovery, Reputational for brand monitoring
• Each method follows a consistent 3-step flow, so once you learn one, the others feel familiar
• Review generated prompts carefully before creating, quality over quantity leads to more actionable insights
