Update schedule:
- Weekly accounts: prompts update every Monday at 00:00 (midnight)
- Daily accounts: prompts update every day at 00:00 (midnight)
Processing time:
After the scheduled update starts, it takes some time for all accounts to complete processing. Most accounts are fully updated within 2-3 hours of the scheduled start time.
If your prompts haven’t updated within 4-5 hours of the scheduled time, you can contact our support team and we will look into it.
